Usage Instructions and Manufacturer Recommendations:
- Always use the included fabric glove when handling the Florastar 600W CMH bulb.
- Avoid using ventilated reflectors such as cool tubes or closed/glass reflectors with a CMH bulb, as cooling the bulb too much can narrow the light spectrum.
- During the first ignition, allow several hours and cycles for color stabilization.
- Do not turn off the CMH bulb during its first operation until it has run for at least 10 hours.
- Never turn off the CMH bulb if it has been on for less than 2 minutes. If this occurs, wait at least an hour before restarting.
