Plagron Hydro Cocos 60/40 is an optimal blend of two high-quality substrates: Euro Pebbles and Cocos Premium. This mix consists of 60% clay pebbles and 40% coco fibers, making it perfect for pot cultivation and recirculating systems. The clay pebbles provide low water retention but high oxygen capacity, ideal for both plant growth and flowering stages.

By using Plagron Hydro Cocos 60/40, you benefit from the advantages of both materials. The fully buffered coco fibers and low EC value ensure a high-quality coco-based substrate. The clay pebbles guarantee rapid drainage and increased oxygenation, promoting root development.

Thanks to the clay pebbles in Plagron Hydro Cocos 60/40, water drains quickly, providing a better oxygen balance and preventing root rot. This rapid drainage supports faster root development and establishes a strong foundation for water and nutrient transport.

The coco fibers in Plagron Hydro Cocos 60/40 are fully buffered. Plagron's coco-based substrates undergo a more thorough buffering process compared to similar products, making them unique. Unwanted salts are rinsed out during multiple buffering stages, ensuring optimal nutrient absorption for Coco A & B fertilizers.

Plagron Hydro Cocos 60/40 is a ready-to-use substrate for planting or repotting all kinds of flowering plants. Start adding fertilizers from day one. Plagron Hydro Cocos 60/40 can be reused.
